We ship with:

 

 

Shipping costs in the Netherlands up to a maximum of 30 kg. (DPD)

 

Shipping costs for the Netherlands are 6.50 DPD 0f 7.50 Postal tax incl. These expire on orders over 100 euros. (The Netherlands only)

 

For other countries the rates below are calculated up to 3 kilos, if the weight is very different, we will contact you first. We can ship up to 30 kilos with DPD, heavier with Fedex but we first have to find a price

PAYMENT OPTIONS

 

Our standard payment methods are:

 

1. Payment in advance:
   you transfer the total amount to giro account number NL92INGB0006293567 in the name of Roukama te Wormerveer stating Order Internet and the order number that you will receive in the confirmation e-mail.We only send the articles after the amount has been credited to our bank account.

2. Cash payment in our store in Wormerveer

 

We have a partnership with Multisafepay, one of the market leaders in the field of payments

 

You pay quickly and very easily via your own online bank payment system

 

RETURNS & EXCEPTIONS

RETURNS

After the customer has received the product he has ordered, the customer has the authority to dissolve the underlying agreement with Roukama VOF within 14 days of receiving this product. The customer does not have to provide a reason for this. Please note that we test everything, every form of use, test, spots or other traces and the absence of packaging and / or accessories ensure that we do not accept the return shipment and will be returned at the expense of the customer (after payment of shipping costs) )

The customer must - after consultation with Roukama VOF - send the product to a return address determined by Roukama VOF. In this case, the customer must bear the costs of and the risk for sending.

We do not accept unstamped packages and if sale has been made with free shipping (NL) and the amount is therefore below 100 euros again so we will need to add sur charges for costs we made

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The customer must - after consultation with Roukama VOF - send the product to a return address determined by Roukama VOF. In this case, the customer must bear the costs of and the risk for sending.

We do not accept unstamped packages and use has been made of the free shipping (NL) and the amount is therefore below 100 euros again.

EXCEPTIONS 

With the exception of electronics, make sure that you are aware what is broken before you order the replacement part. Also excluded are all items ordered on Special order, eg OEM original parts, windshields, tires, exhausts , clothing, helmets etc. etc.
